Romance and suspense make this an exciting read . AJ worries about his brother, who he has not been able to reach and finds a woman almost passed out on his porch. He gets her to the hospital and learns about her, Rita’s, dog rescue. AJ does what he can to help with it and finds Rita has a lot of problems.
Once he finds Jesse he learns the truth.
